摘要
为量化评价智能变电站通信系统的可靠性水平,提出了一种基于变异系数法的智能变电站通信系统可靠性评估方法,根据统计得到的变电站失效率数据计算各通信系统的评价指标值,建立可靠性评价矩阵,通过对矩阵进行同向化、无量纲和权重修正,得到加权可靠性矩阵,并通过加权可靠性矩阵在特征空间的距离得到评估结果。仿真结果表明,该方法可客观整体评价通信系统的可靠性状况,能定量分析影响通信系统可靠性的关键因素,验证了所提评估方法的有效性与可行性。
In order to quantify the reliability level evaluation of the intelligent substation communication system,this paper proposed a kind of reliability evaluation method of intelligent substation communication system based on variation coefficient.The evaluation indexes of each communication system were calculated to establish the reliability evaluation matrix according to the failure rate data from statistics in substation.The weighted reliability matrix was obtained by the same direction,dimensionless and weight correction.The evaluation results were obtained by the distance of the weighted reliability matrix in the feature space.The simulation results show that this method can objectively evaluate the reliability status of communication system and quantitatively analyze the key factors affecting the reliability of communication system,verifying the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed evaluation method.
