摘要
随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,使得我国在对海工方面的建设越来越频繁,由于海工建设的过程设计较多的过程,因此在进行海工建设的过程中需要加强对于海工工程造价建设的策略方面的分析。在进行海工建设的过程中,为了使得其造价进一步的降低,因此需要对其施工方案进行分析,同时在进行基础项目的管理时需要对其管理方式进行一定的改变,使得其基础性的项目运行更加完善,在进行实际工程的施工时,优化其施工组织方案能够对其实际施工周期进行一个较为直接的优化。
With the development of China’s economy and the progress of society,China’s construction of offshore engineering is becoming more and more frequent.Due to the process of designing good construction,it is necessary to strengthen the process of offshore construction.For the analysis of the strategic aspects of offshore engineering cost construction,in the process of offshore construction,in order to further reduce its cost,it is necessary to analyze its construction plan and manage it when carrying out the management of the basic project.The way to make certain changes makes the basic project run more perfect.When the actual project is constructed,optimizing its construction organization plan can directly optimize its actual construction period.This paper mainly deals with the cost of offshore engineering.The measures have been described in a certain way,which makes a reference for the actual offshore engineering cost estimation.
