摘要
为了解决电动清扫车作业时道路垃圾数量变化情况下多电机动力系统转矩分配困难的问题,在构建道路垃圾数量谱和清扫工况图的基础上,提出了基于模糊控制策略的电动清扫车多电机动力系统转矩控制方法。以道路垃圾数量、SOC及行驶工况为输入量,采用模糊控制算法对驱动电机需求转矩作补偿优化;以车速和加速度为输入量,对作业装置吸尘电机进行反馈式模糊控制。仿真与试验结果表明,该方法能使多电机的输出转矩满足道路保洁的要求和动力性需求。
In order to overcome the difficulty of torque distribution in multi-motor power system when the road waste quantity changes during the operation of electric sweeper,the torque control method of multi-motor power system of electric sweeper based on fuzzy control strategy was proposed,upon establishing of road waste quantity spectrum and cleaning condition diagram.Fuzzy control algorithm was used to compensate and optimize the required torque of driving motor with the input of road waste quantity,SOC and driving conditions.With the vehicle speed and acceleration as input,feedback fuzzy control was applied to the dust suction motor of the working device.Simulation and test results show that the method can make the output torque of multi-motor meet the requirements of road cleaning and power requirements.
