摘要
对两种成分的DP540双相钢进行了闪光对焊。采用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和显微硬度计检测了焊接接头的显微组织和显微硬度。试验结果明,1号试样的焊缝中心区的板条马氏体量比2号试样多,2号试样焊缝中心区和粗晶区中铁素体内有岛状马氏体。1号试样焊缝的母材区域马氏体呈大块状,且铁素体较粗大,而2号试样焊缝母材区域的马氏体呈岛状,铁素体较细小。显微硬度测定结果表明,两种试样焊缝特征区域马氏体和铁素体的形态差异是造成显微硬度差异的主要原因。因此,应精确控制DP540双相钢的化学成分,以优化闪光对焊的焊接接头的显微组织、提高其力学性能。
Two-type compositions of DP540 dual-phase steels were flash-butt welded.The welded joints were subjected to microstructure survey and hardness measurements by OM,SEM and microhardness tester.The results indicated that the specimen No.1 had more amount of martensite than the specimen No.2 in their weld center,and that there was martensite islands in ferrite of weld center and coarse grain zone of the specimen No.2.In addition,martensite was in the form of bulk,and ferrite was coarse in base metal of weld of specimen No.1,whereas martensite was in the form of island,and ferrite was fine in the same zone of the specimen No.2.From microhardness measurement it was seen that the difference of specimens No.1 and No.2 in hardness was mainly attributed to the pattern of martensite and ferrite in the characteristic zone of weld.For this reason,the chemical component of DP 540 dual-phase steel should be precisely controlled for the purpose of improving microstructure thereby mechanical properties of the flash-butt welded joint.
