摘要
检测苯氧羧酸类除草剂一般包括样品提取、净化、衍生、仪器分析等步骤,样品前处理方法及条件的选择对检测结果影响很大。对苯氧羧酸类物质检测过程中样品提取、净化、衍生等样品前处理方法的应用及其特点进行了综述。简述了苯氧羧酸类除草剂的检测方法及其发展趋势。
Determination of phenoxy carboxylic acid herbicides generally includes sample extraction,purification,derivation,instrumental analysis and other steps.Sample pretreatment methods and the selection of conditions have great impact on the test results.The application and characteristics of sample pretreatment methods such as sample extraction,purification and derivation in the detection of phenoxy carboxylic acids were reviewed.The detection methods and development trend of phenoxy carboxylic acid herbicides were briefly described.
