基于LCL-LC/LCL混合补偿的多电动汽车恒流恒压无线充电系统特性分析 被引量:18

摘要 针对电动汽车无线充电等效负载变化导致的输出电压、电流不稳定问题,设计了一种原边LCL、副边串联或LCL型(LCL-LC/LCL)的混合补偿拓扑电路。该混合补偿电路通过开关切换副边补偿拓扑实现恒流或者恒压输出,同时可保证单位功率因数输入。首先,推导了T型补偿电路实现恒流或者恒压输出以及单位功率因数输入的工作条件;然后,建立多电动汽车恒流恒压混合补偿等效电路模型,给出了混合补偿拓扑实现方式及参数配置方法,并对混合补偿拓扑进行了改进,减少了开关数量;通过推导不同输出模式下系统传输效率数学模型以及负载特性,分析了效率、电流电压增益与负载电阻的关系。实验表明,不同负载之间可以独立工作并且能够实现变负载情况下的恒流或者恒压输出。 In order to stabilize the output current and voltage of wirelessly charging circuit of electric vehicles,a hybrid compensation circuit(LCL-LC/LCL)capable of achieving the transition from constant current to constant voltage is designed by switching the secondary side compensation topology.This novel hybrid compensation circuit can realize not only stable output current and voltage independent of load variations,but also resistive input impedance.Firstly,the requirements of constant current or voltage output and ZPA of T compensation circuit are derived.Then,the equivalent circuit model of constant current and constant voltage hybrid compensation of multi-electric vehicles is established,the realization method of hybrid compensation topology and parameters configuration are presented,and the hybrid compensation topology is improved to reduce the number of switches.The energy transfer efficiency is theoretically deduced and the relationships between the transfer efficiency in terms of load resistance are analyzed under different output modes.In addition,the circuit characteristics in terms of loads are studied as well.Experimental results show that different loads can work independently and can realize constant current or constant voltage output under variable load.
