艾滋病与骨质疏松症的相关性调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过监测经抗病毒治疗的艾滋病患者骨质含量,探讨艾滋病与骨质疏松的相关性。方法应用HUMAN TECHPIA SPUS TM超声骨密度仪测量仪监测艾滋病患者骨质含量,分析艾滋病患者发生骨质疏松的主要影响因素。结果艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗时间与骨质疏松呈正相关(r=-0.528),CD4水平含量与骨质疏松呈负相关(r=0.158),P <0.05或P <0.01。结论艾滋病患者发生骨质疏松主要与抗病毒治疗时间、CD4水平有关。
