摘要
目的探讨分析CCU护理管理中风险因素与安全防范对策。方法选取我院于2017年1月至2018年6月收治的90例重症冠心病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组则在常规护理管理基础上,分析CCU护理管理中存在风险因素,并采取相应安全防范对策,对比观察两组患者护理效果。结果观察组风险事件发生率显著低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组护理满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在CCU护理管理中,分析存在风险因素,并提出相应防范对策,能够有效提高护理质量。
Objective To analyze the risk factors and safety precautions in CCU nursing management.Methods A total of 90 patients with severe coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital between January 2017 and June 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 45 patients in each group.The control group used conventional nursing methods,while the observation group analyzed the risk factors in the CCU nursing management on the basis of routine nursing management,and took corresponding safety precautions to observe the nursing effect of the two groups.Results The incidence of risk events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the CCU nursing management,the analysis of risk factors and the corresponding countermeasures can effectively improve the nursing effect.
