摘要
目的探讨不同保温措施对全身麻醉肺癌患者手术的影响。方法选取从2017年2月—2018年2月入我院进行全身麻醉手术治疗的120例肺癌患者为研究对象,随机分为四组,各30例,分别为常温对照组(A组),室温升高组(B组),液体加温组(C组),综合保温组(D组)。A组患者在常温下(通常是21℃)进行手术;B组患者将室温升高至24℃进行手术;C组患者采用电子加温仪设定温度37℃,对输液、输血进行保温;D组患者采取综合保温措施,室温升高联合液体加温进行保温。比较四组患者术后的苏醒时间及并发症的发生情况。结果与A组相比,B、C、D三组患者的苏醒时间及并发症的发生率均降低,且D组患者的苏醒时间及并发症的发生率下降幅度最大,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论全身麻醉肺癌患者术中采用综合保温措施能明显减少患者并发症的发生,有效缩短患者麻醉恢复期时间,增加手术安全性,提高患者的生存率。
Objective To explore the effect of thermal insulation measures on operation of patients with lung cancer under general anesthesia.Methods 120 patients with lung cancer who underwent general anesthesia from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into 4 groups,30 cases in each group,which were normal temperature control group(group A),room temperature increasing group(group B),liquid warming group(group C),comprehensive heat preservation group(group D).Group A underwent surgery at room temperature(usually 21℃);Group B was treated with room temperature to 24℃for surgery;Group C was warmed with infusion and blood transfusion using an electronic thermometer at 37℃;Group D was treated with comprehensive thermal insulation,and the room temperature was increased in combination with liquid heating for heat preservation.The recovery time and complications of the four groups of patients were compared.Results Compared with group A,The recovery time and incidence of complications in three groups of B,C and D were significantly reduced.The recovery time and the incidence of complications in group D decreased the most significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive insulting measures in patients with general anesthesia for lung cancer can significantly reduce the occurrence of complications,effectively shorten the time of anesthesia recovery,increase the safety of surgery,and improve the survival rate of patients.
