摘要
目的探讨团体健康教育结合正念训练对抑郁症患者应对方式的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月我院收治的80例抑郁症患者作为研究对象,所有患者在入院后均根据病情进行精神科抗抑郁药物治疗,在药物治疗基础上进行为期1个月的团体健康教育结合正念训练;对患者治疗前后应对方式进行比较。结果经治疗患者应对方式各维度均得到显著改善,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论团体健康教育结合正念训练应用于抑郁症患者可显著提高患者积极应对的倾向,同时削弱消极应对的趋势,在应对方式合理性上也得到显著改善。
Objective To discuss the effect of group health education combined with mindfulness training on coping style of depression.Methods 80 patients with depression in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected to study.All patients were treated with antidepressant drug by conditions.Based on the treatment of drugs,the patients were treated by group health education combined with mindfulness training on coping style for one month.The coping style was compared before and after treatment.Results The coping style improved after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Group health education combined with mindfulness training on depression significantly improves the tendency to respond positively and reduces the tendency to react negatively.The reasonability of coping style is improved significantly.
