摘要
为了改善分散染料免水洗印花织物的得色量(K/S值)和耐摩擦色牢度,研制了双端乙烯基聚硅氧烷改性聚丙烯酸酯乳液,并应用于分散染料免水洗印花。研究了双端乙烯基聚硅氧烷用量及分子质量对印花织物K/S值的影响,探究了黏合剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间等因素对印花效果的影响,测定了印花织物的性能,并与聚丙烯酸酯比较。结果表明,当聚硅氧烷用量为4%,分子质量为4 000,印花织物K/S值较高。在黏合剂用量为10%,焙烘温度为190℃,焙烘时间为3 min的工艺条件下,所得印花织物K/S值达22.21,耐干摩擦色牢度4级以上,耐湿摩擦色牢度>3级,手感柔软光滑,相对聚丙烯酸酯,改性聚丙烯酸酯印花织物具有更好的印花效果。
To improve the K/S value and rubbing fastness to color of disperse dye washing-free printed fabrics,the double terminated vinyl polysiloxane modified polyacrylate emulsion was prepared.The effects of the amount and molecular weight of double terminated vinyl polysiloxane on K/S value of printed fabrics were studied,meanwhile,the effects of adhesive dosage,baking temperature and baking time on printing perfor?mances were investigated.The properties of the printed fabrics were measured and compared with that of polyacrylate printed fabrics.The printed fabric had higher K/S value when the molecular of polysiloxane was 4 000 and its content was 4%.The washing-free printing process of the modified polyacrylate adhesive was as fol?lows:the dosage of adhesive 10%,baking temperature 190℃,baking time 3 min.The K/S value of printed fabrics reached 22.21,the dry rubbing fastness exceeded grade 4,the wet rubbing fastness was above grade 3,and the printed fabrics had softer handle.Compared with polyacrylate,the modified polyacrylate had better printing effect.
