摘要
运用文献资料法等研究方法,对人工智能技术在体育强国建设过程中的价值和面临的发展困境进行分析,结合我国体育事业发展现状和特点,对当前我国人工智能体育应用提出以下建议:明确国家、政府和各级体育部门的职责,给予人工智能体育应用以资金和政策支持;制定智能产品体育应用的规范和标准,维护体育公平正义和社会伦理道德;加大对体育人工智能人才的培养力度,促进产学研有机结合;加强体育从业人员的人工智能培训,培养其人工智能应用意识和信息素养;加快制定体育人工智能数据规范和信息标准,为人工智能与体育的融合提供数据保障。
This paper uses the literature reviews and other research methods to analyze the values and difficulties of artificial intelligence applied in the construction of China's sports power.Combining the development status and characteristics of the sports development in China,it puts forward the following suggestions:Clarifying responsibilities of the nation,government and sports departments,and giving fund and policy support for the application of artificial intelligence in sports.Formulating standards for application of sports smart products to maintain sports fairness and social ethics.Increasing the cultivation of sports artificial intelligence talents in order to promote the efficient combination of production,education and research.Strengthening the artificial intelligence training to cultivate people's capabilities in information.Accelerating the development of sports artificial intelligence data specifications and information standards which aims at the integration of artificial intelligence and sports.
