摘要
运用文献资料等方法,将移动互联网、新一代物联网技术与体育教学改革进行融合,探索信息化时代新的体育课堂教学模式,初步构建了基于"微信公众平台"和可穿戴设备应用于心率监测的智慧体育课堂。主要研究结论:智慧型教学模式包含课前"先知"、课中"感知"和课后"探知"三个部分,实现了课前多媒体微课程电子教材预习、课中互动教学、课后微课程运动辅导三大功能,旨在提高体育课堂的教学效率和教学质量,科学评估体育课堂目标的达成效果,实现体育课堂真正的课内外一体化。
By using literature reviews,this paper integrates mobile Internet and new Internet technology into the physical education(P.E.)reform,exploring new P.E.teaching mode in information age,and preliminarily constructing a smart P.E.classroom based on WeChat public platform and wearable devices for heart rate monitoring.Main research conclusions include that smart P.E.teaching consists of three parts:"preview"before class,"perception"in class,and"exploration"after class,which possesses three functions,the before-school preparation by micro course,the interactive teaching and after-school exercise counseling from this course model.The purpose of the study is to improve the efficiency and quality of teaching in P.E.,scientifically evaluate the effects of P.E.classroom goals,and achieve the integration in and out of P.E.class in colleges and universities.
