摘要
为更好地将摊铺机摊铺厚度测量系统应用到实践中,对2种典型的摊铺机摊铺厚度测量系统建立简化测量模型,分析不平整路基引起的摊铺厚度测量系统的前、后距离传感器的高度偏差,进而以标准差为指标得出不平整路基对测量精度的影响;并提出一种引入找平基准的新摊铺机摊铺厚度测量系统,以完全消除不平整路基对于测量精度的不利影响。
In order to apply the measurement system for paving thickness of paver to practice better,a simplified measurement model was established for two typical paving thickness measurement systems of paver,and the height deviation of the front and rear distance sensors of the paving thickness measurement system caused by uneven roadbed was analyzed,a and then the standard deviation was used as the index to obtain the influence of the uneven roadbed on the measurement accuracy.A new measuring system for paving thickness of paver with leveling datum was proposed to eliminate the unfavorable influence of uneven roadbed on measuring accuracy.
