摘要
太阳能在生活中运用越来越广泛,为了加深学生对太阳能转换为交流电原理的理解,设计了SPWM调制PI控制的单相逆变电源综合实验课程。详细介绍了单相逆变电源拓扑结构、驱动电路的搭建、LC滤波参数计算与选择,通过采样输出电压计算有效值,进而采用PI闭环控制,观察输出波形,确定PI调节系数,实现恒压输出。实验测试结果表明该设计满足逆变电源的基本要求,实现了逆变电源PI控制,使得输出电压波形更稳定、平滑。该综合实验加深了学生对所学知识的理解,培养了学生发现问题和解决问题的能力。
Solar energy is more and more widely used in daily life.In order to deepen students’understanding of the principle of converting solar energy to alternating current,a comprehensive experimental course,i.e.,the Single-phase Inverter Power Supply with SPWM Modulation PI Control is designed.The topology of the single-phase inverter,the construction of the driving circuit,and the calculation and selection of LC filter parameters are introduced in detail.The effective value is calculated by sampling the output voltage,and then the PI closed-loop control is adopted to observe the output waveform,determine the PI adjustment coefficient and achieve the constant voltage output.Experimental results show that this design meets the basic requirements of the inverter power supply and realizes the PI control of such supply,which makes the output voltage waveform more stable and smooth.This comprehensive experiment not only deepens students’understanding of the knowledge they have learned,but also trains their ability to discover and solve problems.
