论高校内涵式发展的教学供给侧改革 被引量:19

On the Reform of Teaching Supply-side of Connotative Development in Colleges and Universities

摘要 我国大部分高校在扩招后规模得到迅速扩张,但教育质量并未随规模扩大而得到根本改善,内涵式发展成为扩招后我国高校发展的共识。高校内涵式发展的本质与价值在于提高人才培养质量,教学供给侧改革决定了高校内涵式发展的品质,是高校内涵式发展突破当前困境的迫切需要。教学供给侧改革从优化学科布局和专业设置、提升服务社会质量,开发多元开放的课程内容、提升课堂供给质量,加强师资队伍建设、提升教学供给质量三个方面为高校内涵式发展提供了路径选择。 Now the size of most colleges and universities in China have expanded rapidly after the increase of enrollment,but the quality of education has not been substantially improved accordingly,so connotative development has become the consensus of the development of colleges and universities in China.The essence and value of the connotative development of colleges and universities are to improve the quality of talent training.The success or failure of the reform of teaching supply-side determines the quality of the connotative development of colleges and universities.As a result,the reform of teaching supply-side is an urgent need for the connotative development of colleges and universities to break through the current predicament.The reform of teaching supply-side provides a path choice for the connotative development of colleges and universities by optimizing the subject arrangement and professional settings to promote the quality of social service,developing the diverse and open course contents to improve the quality of classroom supply and strengthening the construction of teaching staff to improve the quality of teaching.
