摘要
调查研究了新疆国有企业仲颐凯业园林集团有限公司苗木产业的发展现状,分析该企业的发展优势、劣势、机遇与威胁,结合国内外观光苗木行业发展现状和前景分析,提出了对现代苗木园的定义,为仲颐凯业园林集团提出保留促进、营建地域特色、产业与旅游业相结合、多重效益并重的区域特色观光苗木园的规划原则,并具体提出可落地实施建设的生产与观光建设项目,为疆内苗木行业转型升级提供理论依据。
We investigated the development of the current status of the state-owned enterprises in Xinjiang,and analyzed the strengths,weakness,opportunities and threats of the enterprises.Based on the current situation and prospect analysis of seedling industry at home and abroad,the definition of modern seedling garden was proposed,we put forward the planning principle of reservations for enterprises,promote and build regional characteristics,planning principles of regional characteristic sightseeing nursery garden with multiple benefits,and put forward the production and sightseeing construction project which can be put into practice.It provides theoretical basis for the transformation and upgrading of the seedling industry in Xinjiang.
