腹腔镜根治性顺行模块化胰脾切除术的若干关键问题讨论 被引量：5

摘要 左侧胰腺癌手术中,根治性顺行性模块化胰脾切除术(radical antegrade modular pancreatosplenectomy,RAMPS)由于具有更高的R0切除率及可观的短期预后,近年受到广大胰腺外科学者的关注。目前,腹腔镜胰腺手术是治疗胰体尾良性肿瘤或低度恶性肿瘤的标准术式[1],但针对左侧胰腺癌的腹腔镜治疗,尤其腹腔镜根治性顺行性模块化胰脾切除术(laparoscopic radical antegrade modular pancreatosplenectomy,L-RAMPS)的报道较少。本文旨在探讨L-RAMPS的手术入路及若干关键问题。
