摘要
利用抗菌活性为导向,对一株深海来源放线菌Amycolatopsis sp. WP1进行发酵培养,分离得到7个化合物分别是樱黄素(1),6-甲氧基甲基丁香酚(2),4', 7-二羟基异黄酮(3),4',5,7-三羟基异黄酮(4),大豆苷(5),6″-乙酰基-大豆苷(6),黄豆黄苷(7),这7个化合物均是首次在这株菌中分离得到。对这7个化合物做了四株菌的抗菌活性评价,MIC结果显示,7个化合物都没有较好的抗菌活性(MIC> 100μg/mL)。
A novel strain of Amycolatopsis sp.WP1,isolated from deep-sea marine sediments was cultured to study secondary metabolites by taking antibacterial activity as a guide,and then we found 7 known compounds.The compounds were authenticated as Prunetina(4',5-diidroxi-7-metoxiisoflavona)(1),6-methoxymethyleugenin(2),4',7-diidzein(3),4',5,7-Genistein(4),daidzein(4',7-hydroxyisoflavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside)(5),6″-O-acetylgenistin(6),glycitin(7).These compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities against four human pathogenic strains,the results showed no antibacterial activity(MIC>100μg/mL).
