摘要
近年来,塑胶企业都在积极追求达到"优质、高效、低耗"生产标准,这就需要在生产管理的过程中严格按照生产要求进行管理,避免出现生产效率低、生产质量差、生产消耗大等问题。文章研究中首先对现阶段我国注塑企业成本控制的现状进行分析,然后对注塑行业如何进行成本控制进行了简要的概述。
In recent years,plastics companies are actively pursuing the production standards of“high quality,high efficiency and low consumption”.This requires strict management in accordance with production requirements in the process of production management,avoiding low production efficiency,poor production quality and high production consumption.And other issues.In this paper,the current situation of the cost control of China's injection molding enterprises is analyzed first,and then a brief overview of how to control the cost of the injection molding industry is given.
