摘要
应用型高等院校人才培养的供给侧改革目的在于通过主动了解现代经济社会发展对技术和管理人才素质与能力的要求,为人才培养目标与规格的确定提供依据,并作为高校教育教学改革的重要指导。文章对当前应用型本科动物生产类专业集群在人才培养方面所面临的供给侧改革问题进行了系统分析,并据此提出了相应的改革措施,为动物生产类专业集群建设提供科学参考。
The side supply reform of personnel training in application-oriented colleges is aimed at providing the basis for determining the goal and specifications for talents training,and serving as a guide for educational reform in colleges and universities,through taking the initiative to learn the requirement of modern economic and social development on technology and management of talent quality and ability.The writers systematically analyzed the issues of current cluster of animal production major from the aspect of talent cultivation in the supply side reform,and hereby put forward the corresponding reform measures,providing a scientific reference for cluster construction of animal production major.
