摘要
法规RCC-E中提出了对电气设备执行电气试验的要求,其中介电强度试验是核电厂DCS设备制造过程中必要的电气试验项目。通过对法规标准的深入研究,结合工程设计供电回路及其所载设备、部件的耐压特性分析,采用"解线养生"的方式,细化了介电强度试验在核电厂DCS设备制造过程中的应用过程,并针对实际应用中出现的失效模式,提出了相应的预防措施。该应用研究可在军工产品、海上小堆等不同DCS仪控领域的电气设备中借鉴和推广。
Electrical test requirements for electrical equipment are propsed in the code RCC-E,where the dielectric strength test in necessary in the manufacturing process of DCS equipment in nuclear power plants.Through the in-depth study of regulatory standards and in combination with the engineering design of the power supply circuit and characteristic analysis of equipment,components,with the method fo“solution line health”,detailed the dielectric test in the nuclear power plant DCS equipment application process,manufacturing process and in the practical application of failure modes,the corresponding preventive measures are put forward.This application research can be used for reference and promotion in military products,small reactors at sea and other electrical equipment in the field of DCS instrument control.
