摘要
目的研究早期梅毒患者驱梅前后血清TRUST滴度及hs-CRP水平变化。方法选取我院2016年1月至2017年12月收治的98例早期梅毒患者,均接受驱梅治疗,分别于治疗前及治疗后3个月、 6个月、 9个月、 12个月、 18个月、 24个月行TRUST滴度检测,同时采用免疫比浊法检测其血清hs-CRP水平,评估检测结果。结果治疗前患者TRUST转阴率为0.00%;治疗后3个月、 6个月、 9个月、 12个月、 18个月、 24个月患者的TRUST转阴率分别为为8.16%、 30.61%、 35.71%、64.29%、 75.51%、 90.82%。治疗前,患者的hs-CRP水平为(71.50±10.35) mg/L;治疗后3个月、 6个月、 9个月、 12个月、18个月、 24个月患者的hs-CRP水平分别为(13.62±6.23) mg/L、(11.37±5.10) mg/L、(10.40±4.32) mg/L、(8.14±3.69) mg/L、(6.28±2.10) mg/L、(3.57±1.40) mg/L。结论早期梅毒患者接受驱梅治疗后,其血清TRUST转阴率处于明显升高趋势,而hs-CRP水平处于明显下降趋势。
Objective To study the changes of serum TRUST titer and hs-CRP levels in patients with early syphilis before and after antisyphilitic treatment.Methods 98 cases of patients with early syphilis admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and given antisyphilitic treatment.Before treatment and 3 months,6 months,9 months,12 months,18 months and 24 months after treatment,all patients received TRUST titer test,at the same time their serum hs-CRP levels were detected by immunoturbidimetry.The detection results were evaluated.Results Before treatment,the TRUST negative conversion rate was 0.00%.3 months,6 months,9 months,12 months,18 months and 24 months after treatment,the TRUST negative conversion rates were respectively 8.16%,30.61%,35.71%,64.29%,75.51%and 90.82%.Before treatment,the hs-CRP level was(71.50±10.35)mg/L.3 months,6 months,9 months,12 months,18 months and 24 months after treatment,the hs-CRP levels were(13.62±6.23)mg/L,(11.37±5.10)mg/L,(10.40±4.32)mg/L,(8.14±3.69)mg/L,(6.28±2.10)mg/L and(3.57±1.40)mg/L.Conclusions After antisyphilitic treatment,the serum TRUST negative conversion rates of patients with early syphilis increase significantly,and the hs-CRP levels decrease significantly.
