花生中白藜芦醇含量的主基因+多基因遗传分析 被引量:7

摘要 以中花6号和徐花13号为亲本构建的含有240个家系的花生重组自交系(Recombinant inbred lines,RIL)为研究材料,利用高效液相色谱法测定了该RIL群体的白藜芦醇含量,对其遗传变异与分布特征进行了分析,采用主基因+多基因遗传分离分析法,进行花生白藜芦醇含量的遗传模型分析,旨在为该RIL群体后续研究利用提供参考。结果表明,RIL群体的白藜芦醇含量存在广泛变异,表现超亲分离现象,其分布近似为正态分布,呈现数量性状连续变异的典型分布特征;运用主基因+多基因遗传模型分析结果表明,白藜芦醇的遗传符合C-0遗传模型(加性-显性-多基因模型),为花生白藜芦醇遗传的最佳遗传模型,受多基因控制,且多基因间存在加性-显性效应。 Using 240 families of a recombinant inbred line population that crossed between Zhonghua 6 and Xuhua 13 as research materials,resveratrol contents in the RIL population were measured by high performance liquid chromatography,and their genetic mutation and distribution traits were analyzed.We analyzed inheritance components in peanut resveratrol using major gene plus polygene mixed inheritance analysis,aiming to provide the reference for further study of RIL population.The results showed that the resveratrol contents were distinct isolates between families and had the phenomenon of super-parent inheritance.The results of genetic analysis showed that the genetic inheritance of resveratrol was consistent with C-0(the additive-dominant-multi-gene model),which was the best genetic model for resveratrol inheritance in peanuts and was controlled by multiple genes.Additive-dominant effect was found among multiple genes.
