摘要
为改进尼龙(PA) 6的韧性,在PA6中加入线性低密度聚乙烯(PE–LLD),并采用马来酸酐接枝乙烯–辛烯共聚物(POE-g-MAH)作为相容剂,研究了该体系结构与性能的关系。结果显示,相容剂POE-g-MAH的加入,降低了复合材料的结晶温度,改善了材料的结晶行为。在固定相容剂含量为5%条件下,随着PE–LLD含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度以及弯曲弹性模量逐渐降低;室温与低温(–40℃)悬臂梁缺口冲击强度随着PE–LLD含量的增加先升高后降低,当PE–LLD含量为15%时,材料的室温与低温悬臂梁缺口冲击强度达到最大值,分别为27.5kJ/m2和10.8kJ/m2,较纯PA6的冲击强度分别提高10.8倍和4.3倍,赋予复合材料较好的综合性能。
To improve the toughness of nylon(PA)6,linear low density polyethylene(PE-LLD)was added to PA6 and POE-g-MAH was used as compatibility agent,and the relationship between the structure and performance was studied.The results showed that after adding the compatibilizer POE-g-MAH,the crystallization temperature of the composites was declined and the crystallization behavior was improved.Under the condition of fixed compatibilizer content of 5%,with the increase of the content of PE-LLD,the tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of the composites decreased gradually,Izod notched impact strength at room temperature and low temperature(-40℃)increased at first and then decreased.When the PE-LLD content was 15%,the composites had better comprehensive properties,Izod notched impact strength reached the maximum of 27.5 kJ/m^2 and 10.8 kJ/m^2 at room temperature and low temperature respectively,which was increased by 10.8 times and 4.3 times,respectively,compared with those of pure PA6.
