摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法以硅氧烷和硅溶胶制备了改性硅溶胶复合涂料,并将其喷涂在硅酸钙板表面。研究了硅氧烷种类、硅溶胶的pH、滴加顺序、反应温度、反应时间和原料配比对产物及其涂膜性能的影响。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪和接触角测定仪对涂膜进行了表征。当选用甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES),调节硅溶胶p H为3~4,MTES与Si O2的质量比为6∶1,在80°C下反应8 h时,所得复合涂料稳定,其涂膜表面光滑,铅笔硬度6H,附着力0级,水接触角81.0°,热稳定性良好。
A silica sol was modified with siloxane by sol–gel method,and then sprayed on the calcium silicate board.The effects of the type of siloxane,pH value of silica sol,dropping way,reaction temperature and time,and the proportions of raw materials on the properties of product and its film were studied.The coating was characterized using Fourier-transform infrared spectroscope,thermogravimetric analyzer,and contact angle tester.The silica sol modified with methyltriethoxysilane(MTES)at temperature 80°C,pH 3-4,and MTES-to-SiO2 mass ratio of 6:1 for 8 h showed a good stability.Its cured film featured a smooth surface,a pencil hardness of 6H,an adhesion strength of 0 grade,a water contact angle of 81.0°,and a good thermal resistance.
