胆木提取液与抗生素配伍对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果 被引量:4

Inhibitory Effect of Nauclea officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.Extract and Different Antibiotic Combinations on Staphylococcus aureus

摘要 探明常用抗生素与胆木提取液配伍对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果,为兽医临床应用提供一定的借鉴与理论参考,以胆木提取液、青霉素、左氧氟沙星、磷霉素钠、头孢拉定为试验药物,以金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌种,采用倍比稀释法检测5种药物的最小抑菌浓度,棋盘稀释法检测胆木提取液分别与青霉素、左氧氟沙星、磷霉素钠和头孢拉定4种抗生素联用对金黄色葡萄球菌的联合抑菌效果。结果表明:胆木提取液、青霉素、左氧氟沙星、磷霉素钠和头孢拉定的最小抑菌浓度分别为40.00 mg/mL、0.25μg/mL、0.50μg/mL、0.50μg/mL和1.00μg/mL。胆木提取液与青霉素、头孢拉定、左氧氟沙星和磷霉素联用后分别表现为协同作用、相加作用、无关作用和拮抗作用。胆木提取液与青霉素联用对金黄色葡萄球菌具有高效的抑制作用。 The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Nauclea officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract,Penicillin,Levofloxacin,Fosfomycin Sodium and Cefradine to Staphylococcus aureus was detected by using a doubling dilution method and the combined antibacterial effect of N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract+Penicillin combination,N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract+Levofloxacin combination,N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract+Fosfomycin Sodium combination and N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract+Cefradine combination to S.aureus was respectively detected by a checkerboard assay to prove the antibacterial effect of N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract and routine antibiotics combinations on S.aureus and provide the theoretical references for veterinary clinical application.Result:The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract,Penicillin,Levofloxacin,Fosfomycin Sodium and Cefradine to S.aureus is 40.00 mg/mL,0.25μg/mL,0.50μg/mL,0.50μg/mL and 1.00μg/mL respectively.The combined antibacterial effect of N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract+Penicillin combination,N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract+Cefradine combination,N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract+Levofloxacin combination and N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract+Fosfomycin Sodium combination to S.aureus is synergistic action,additive action,indifference action and antagonistic action separately.The N.officinalis Pierre ex Pitard.extract+Penicillin combination has an efficient inhibitory effect on S.aureus.
