摘要
对取代率为100%的自燃煤矸石粗、细骨料单掺及同掺的混凝土立方体和棱柱体试件,进行了单轴抗压试验,探讨了不同自燃煤矸石粗、细骨料对混凝土破坏特征和强度的影响。结果表明:所有试件破坏过程相似,经历了弹性变形、裂缝出现、裂缝发展、直至破坏四个阶段,但随着自燃煤矸石骨料掺量的增大,混凝土应力-应变曲线上升段的斜率变小,峰值应变变大,破坏形式由斜截面剪切转为纵向劈裂;自燃煤矸石骨料周围增强的界面区及与水泥砂浆较为良好的弹性协调性,在一定程度上弥补了自身强度低对混凝土强度的不利影响;自燃煤矸石骨料的"内养护"和表面"活性"作用,使单掺自燃煤矸石细骨料混凝土的长期强度增进率较高,但单掺粗骨料及同掺粗、细骨料混凝土的长期强度,受粗骨料自身强度低的影响发展空间有限。
The uniaxial compression tests of cube and prism concrete specimens with 100%replacement of spontaneous combustion gangue coarse and fine aggregate single-doped and mixed were carried out,and the effects of different spontaneous combustion gangue coarse and fine aggregate on the failure characteristics and strength of concrete were discussed.The results indicate that the failure process of all specimens is similar,which has experienced four stages:elastic deformation,crack emergence,crack development and failure.With the increase of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate content,the upward slope of concrete stress-strain curve is reduced and the peak strain becomes larger,the failure form changing from oblique shearing to longitudinal splitting;the enhanced interface area around spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate and its good elasticity coordination with cement mortar make up the adverse effect of low self-strength on concrete strength to some extent;due to"internal curing"and surface"active"effect of spontaneous combustion gangue aggregate,the increase rate of concrete long-term strength with spontaneous combustion gangue fine aggregate is higher.However,the development space of the single-doped spontaneous combustion gangue coarse aggregate and the mixed spontaneous combustion gangue coarse and fine aggregate concrete long-term strength is limited by the low strength of the coarse aggregate itself.
