摘要
针对老区调整井地层压力系统紊乱、地层水容易在候凝过程中侵入环空、进而影响固井二界面处水泥浆凝结的问题。通过固井水泥浆水侵模拟评价装置,结合多功能材料表面性能试验机、扫描电镜等分析手段,研究了水侵对固井二界面性能的影响及其作用机理。结果表明:水侵导致二界面处水泥浆的稠化时间延长、滤失量增大,加剧水侵对界面处水泥浆的破坏,严重影响二界面的封固质量。同时,界面水泥浆被水侵入后凝结形成的水泥石不仅导致弹性模量大幅降低,而且疏松多孔,从而导致二界面剪切胶结强度降低和层间封隔性能变差。
Cementing operation of adjustment wells exists many challenges,including complex formation pressure system and water.These problems are easy to cause the formation water migrate into the cement slurry during waiting on cement setting,decrease the bonding quality of second interface between cement stone and formation.Established a water migration device,and combined the property testing machines,scanning electron microscope(SEM),the effect of the water migration on the bonding quality of second interface was investigated.Experimental results show that water migration will change the properties of the cement slurry that is located the second interface,the thickening time and the fluid-loss content are increased,which will severely destroy the bonding quality of second interface.In addition,once water migrates into the cement slurry,the mechanical properties of the hardened cement stones will be decreased and the porosity of the cement stones is markedly increased,which will decrease the shear stress of interface between cement stone and rock and the zonal isolation of the cement stone.
