摘要
纳入96位9~14岁儿童256颗Ⅱ类洞龋坏的年轻恒磨牙,随机分为2组(n=128),分别用Sonic Fill和超声树脂修复,充填后观察6个月、1年、2年的成功率,2组无显著差异,但Sonic Fill超声树脂组和Filtek Z350纳米树脂组平均操作时间为18 min和23 min(P <0. 05),患者满意率(%)分别为97. 4和79. 7(P <0. 05)。
256 molars with classⅡdeep caries cavity in 96 patients aged 9-14 years were randomly divided into 2 groups(n=128).The cavities were repaired by SonicFill and nanoresion respectively.The patients were followed up after 0.5,1 and 2 years after treatment.There was no significant difference of the effective rate between the 2 groups,The average operation time of SonicFill group an nanoresin group was 18 min and 23 min(P<0.05),the satisfaction rate was 97.4%and 79.7%(P<0.05),respectively.
