摘要
目的:调查医养结合机构护养人员的培训现状与培训效果,为推进医养结合护养人员标准化建设提出合理建议,促进养老护理行业发展。方法:通过分层典型抽样方法,对310位护养人员进行问卷调查。结果:护养人员以短期岗前集中培训为主(74.2%),护士和护工分别由医学院或卫生职业学院的老师培训(20.8%)、养老护理员传授经验(20.2%)等方式开展培训。老年人日常生活照料知识和老年人常见疾病基础护理知识的培训率为100%;在专科疾病护理知识方面,高血压、中风知识的培训率均在80%以上。19.8%的护士和72.3%的护工认为培训内容不能满足老年人的护理需求。75.2%的护士和94.3%的护工认为通过护理知识培训能够帮助自己解决实际工作中遇到的问题。结论:护养人员培训开展广泛,对促进医养结合服务提供具有积极作用;护养人员学历水平起点低,工作培训需求大,培训内容需兼顾全面性、针对性和多元化等方面的问题。
Objective:To investigate the status quo and training effect of the training of nursing staff in institutions integrating medical treatment and elderly care,and to provide reasonable suggestions for promoting the development of the nursing care industry.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 310 nursing staff selected by stratified typical sampling method.Results:Nursing staff participated in the training to focus on short-term pre-job concentration(74.2%),The nurses and care workers carry out training through teacher training(20.8%)and nursing experience(20.2%)from medical colleges or health vocational colleges.The training rate of basic care knowledge of the elderly and basic nursing knowledge of common diseases of the elderly is 100%;in the knowledge of specialist disease care,the training rate of hypertension and stroke is above 80%.19.8%of nurses and 72.3%of care workers believed that the content of the training could not meet the nursing needs of the elderly.75.2%of nurses and 94.3%of care workers believe that participating in relevant nursing knowledge training can help solve problems encountered in actual work.Conclusion:The training of endowment nurses is extensive,and it has a positive effect on promoting the combination of medical and nursing services.The starting point of nursing staff has a low starting point and the demand for job training is large.The training content needs to consider comprehensive and targeted and diversified training methods.
