摘要
采用FLUENT对棒销式搅拌磨机磨腔内的流场进行数值模拟,通过分析流场速度、湍流强度和剪切率参数,研究了磨腔内流场的运动规律。结果表明,随着搅拌器转速的增加,流场内的能量传递充分性降低,能量利用下降。通过对其数值模拟的研究,更加直观的了解搅拌磨矿机磨矿作业的工作原理,为机械参数的优化设计提供了理论依据。
The flow field in grinding chamber of the pin-stirred mill is numerically simulated by FLUENT,and the parameters such as the flow field velocity,turbulence intensity and shear rate parameters are analyzed to study the motion law of flow field in the grinding chamber.The results show that with the increase of agitator speed,the sufficiency of energy transfer in the flow field and the energy utilization decrease.Through the study of the numerical simulation research,it is more intuitive to understand the working principle of the grinding operation of the mixing mill,and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the mechanical parameters.
