摘要
为了探寻复合溶剂同步萃取技术是否能对茶籽饼中茶油进行保质萃取,选用正丁醇-水溶液对茶籽饼中茶油进行萃取。通过茶油的理化指标、感官品质以及利用GC-MS技术分析茶油脂肪酸组成,比较复合溶剂同步萃取法所得茶籽饼中茶油与冷榨法、亚临界流体萃取法、浸出法所得油茶籽中茶油的品质。结果表明,复合溶剂萃取所得茶籽饼中茶油与其他方法制取的茶油在理化指标上没有显著差异,在感官品质方面较优良。各方法提取的茶油在脂肪酸组成上基本相同。复合溶剂同步萃取法很好的保留了茶籽饼中油茶的营养成分。
Using N-butanol-water solution to extract Camellia oil from Camellia seed cake,to explore whether the synchronous extraction technology of compound solvents can extract the Camellia oil in Camellia seed cake effectively.According to physicochemical index,sensory quality and fatty acid composition analyzed by GC-MS of Camellia oil,the quality of Camellia oil were compared.The Camellia oil was extracted from camellia seed cake by compound solvent synchronous extraction,and obtained by other methods as cold,pressing,subcritical fluid extraction and lixiviation process from Camellia oleifera seeds.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the physicochemical indexes of Camellia oil between extracted from Camellia seed cake by compound solvent extraction and obtained from Camellia oleifera seed by other methods.The sensory quality of the oil from camellia seed cake was relatively good.The fatty acids composition of Camellia oil extracted by each method was basically the same.The compound solvent synchronous extraction preserves the nutritional components of Camellia oil from Camellia seed cake.
