摘要 目的:为解决专用医疗救护飞机机载医疗救护设备和伤病员供氧问题,研制一种供氧系统。方法:对研制总要求进行论证分解,确定分散式供氧布局的总体设计思路。以氧气箱为供氧单元,每单元由2个8.5 L氧气瓶并联,并设置配套减压器、充氧装置和管路系统等,且各结构间注重安全性设计和防泄漏设计。设计与各医疗模块之间不同的连接结构,在确保连接紧固满足适航要求的前提下,为全机提供氧气保障。结果:该系统可与机载医疗救护设备各模块配合,为其提供医疗保障用氧,可在多种运载平台加装医疗救护设备系统中应用。结论:该系统与各医疗模块配套合理,充氧方式多样,使用安全,操作和维护简便,可以推广应用。 Objective To develop an oxygen supply system to support the airborne medical devices and casualties in the medical rescue aircraft.Methods A decentralized oxygen supply scheme was put forward based on analyzing the general research requirements.The oxygen supply unit(tank)consisted of two 8.5 L oxygen cylinders,and other components included an accessory decompressor,an oxygenator and a pipeline system.Considerations were taken on safety and leakage resistance.Different connecting mechanisms were designed between medical modules to meet airworthiness requirements.Results The device was compatible with multi transport platforms including medical rescue aircraft to provide oxygen support.Conclusion The device gains advantages in the compatibility with medical modules,oxygen recharging mode,safety,operation and maintenance,and thus is worthy promoting practically.
