摘要
目的观察微等离子体射频治疗各种外伤后皮肤遗留色素沉着的临床疗效。方法 2016年3月—2017年12月,采用微等离子体射频治疗因各种外伤导致色素沉着患者37例。采用"米"字形滚动治疗,每6周治疗一次,共4次,治疗功率为50~100 W。通过分析治疗前、末次治疗结束后第2个月的数码照片随访观察临床疗效。结果所有患者经过治疗后均有不同程度的好转,9例基本痊愈,22例显效,6例好转,无色脱和瘢痕形成。结论微等离子体射频能改善外伤后色素沉着,是一种有效的治疗色素沉着的治疗方法。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of micro-plasma radiofrequency treatment for residual pigmentation of skin after various traumatic injuries.Methods 37 patients from March 2016 to December 2017 with post-traumatic pigmentation were treated with micro-plasma radiofrequency once every 6 weeks for four times,and the treatment track was scrolled in“米”shape,the treatment power was 50~100 W.Clinical efficacy was evaluated and analyzed with photographs at before treatment and the 2 months after the last treatment.Results All patients had different degrees of improvement after treatment,9 cases were basically cured,22 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were improved.All patients had no pigmentation and scar formation.Conclusion Micro-plasma radiofrequency can significantly improve post-traumatic pigmentation and is an effective method for pigmentation.
