摘要
电池管理技术是新能源汽车发展的关键因素之一,本设计采用主从式分布结构,主控板电路以MC9S12XEQ512MAL微控制器为核心,采集板采用电池管理专用芯片BQ76PL536A实现对动力电池组单体电池电压、温度的采集以及整体电池组充放电的均衡控制,此外还提供过压欠压过热保护。主控板与采集板间采用隔离器件进行了电气隔离设计,保证了整个电路系统以及操作人员的安全性。
The battery management technology is one of the key factors in the development of new energy vehicles.This design adopts a master-slave distribution structure.The main control board circuit is based on MC9S12XEQ512MAL microcontroller.The acquisition board adopts the special chip BQ76PL536A to realize the voltage and temperature collection of the single battery of the power battery,the equalization control of the charge and discharge of the whole battery pack,and the overvoltage and undervoltage protection.The isolation between the main control board and the acquisition board is electrically isolated to ensure the safety of the entire circuit system and the operator.
