摘要
习近平关于贫困治理的重要论述伴随共享理念的演进而逐步发展,从"摆脱贫困"到精准脱贫,二者一脉相承、与时俱进。在全民共享层面,贫困治理靶向从区域扶贫下沉至户域扶贫;在全面共享层面,贫困治理内容从"兼顾物质贫困和精神贫困"拓展至"多维贫困";在共建共享层面,贫困治理结构将"经济大合唱"与"大扶贫"格局进行有机结合;在渐进共享层面,贫困治理节奏在遵循"滴水穿石"规律基础上探索"超常规举措"。
Xi Jinping’s important statements about poverty alleviation has developed gradually as shared concept evolves,from "getting rid of poverty"to"targeted poverty reduction",both of which are in line and keeping pace with the times.At the level of sharing by all people,the target of poverty alleviation focuses gradually on the household poverty alleviation from regional poverty alleviation.At the level of comprehensive sharing,the content of poverty alleviation extends from"giving attention to both material and spiritual poverty"to "multidimensional poverty".At the level of co-construction and sharing,the structure of poverty alleviation integrates"economic chorus"and "great poverty alleviation".At the level of gradual sharing,unconventional measures have been explored on the basis of following the general rule of"dropping water outwears the stone".
