摘要
目的研究孟鲁司特钠与香菊片联合治疗变应性鼻炎的效果。方法选取我院收治的84例应变性鼻炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表将其分为对照组和研究组,各42例。对照组单用孟鲁司特钠治疗,研究组采用孟鲁司特钠与香菊片联合治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者RQLQ评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者鼻部症状评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者Ig E水平均降低,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠与香菊片联合治疗变应性鼻炎的效果显著,可改善患者生活质量与鼻部症状,降低血清Ig E水平,提高疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of montelukast sodium combined with Xiangju tablets in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods Eighty-four patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital were selected as study objects.They were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium alone.The study group was treated with montelukast sodium and Xiangju tablets,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the RQLQ scores of both groups decreased,and that in the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of nasal symptoms in both groups decreased,and that in the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of IgE in the two groups decreased,and that in the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of montelukast sodiumand Xiangju tablets in the treatment of allergic rhinitis has a significant effect,which can improve the quality of life and nasal symptoms of patients,decrease the levels of serum IgE,improve efficacy,and is worthy of popularization and application.
