46份粳稻品种抗稻瘟病基因的分子检测及抗性评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]对46份粳稻品种抗稻瘟病基因进行分子检测,并对其进行抗性评价。[方法]利用水稻稻瘟病抗病基因Pi-ta、Pi-b、Pi54和Pi21的功能标记对46份育种材料进行分子标记检测,结合稻瘟病抗性接种鉴定,对基因型与表型进行相关性分析。[结果]46个品种中携带Pi-ta、Pi-b、Pi54和Pi21抗性基因的材料分别为18、35、22和16个,其中3个材料含有4个抗性基因; 6个材料含有3个抗性基因; 25个材料含有2个抗性基因; 11个材料含有1个抗性基因; 1个未检测到抗性基因。结合稻瘟病田间抗性鉴定表明,同时含有3个以上抗性基因的材料只有2份表现为中感(MS)和感病(S),其他均为中抗(MR)以上。[结论]单一抗病基因型的抗病能力因新生理小种的出现而不稳定,抗病基因的聚合利用和新的广谱抗性基因的发掘迫在眉睫。 [Objective]Molecular detection and resistance evaluation of blast resistance genes in46japonica rice varieties were carried out.[Method]Functional markers of rice blast resistance genes Pi-ta,Pi-b,Pi54and Pi21were used to detect46breeding materials.According to the field resistance identification of rice blast,the correlation of genotypes and phenotypes was analyzed.[Result]The resistance genes of Pi-ta,Pi-b,Pi54and Pi21in46varieties were18,35,22and16respectively.3materials of them contained4resistance genes;6materials contained3resistance genes;25materials contained2resistance genes;11materials contained1resistance gene;no resistance genes were not detected in1material.According to the field resistance identification of rice blast,only2of the materials with more than3resistance genes were moderately susceptible(MS)and susceptible(S),all other materials were more than moderate resistance(MR).[Conclusion]The disease resistance of single disease resistant genotypes is unstable because of the emergence of new physiological races.The polymerization of resistance genes and the discovery of new broad spectrum resistance genes are imminent.
