摘要 并联的三相PWM整流电源模块可以提高系统的容量和减小电源模块的电应力从而延长电源模块的使用寿命。但是共直流母线的电源模块并联由于各模块外特性参数不一致从而使得模块之间输出电流差异较大,导致模块间使用寿命不均衡。为了解决模块间输出电流不均的问题,提出一种将一致性算法引入三相整流电源模块的均流策略中,利用各个模块之间的信息通讯使得输出电流趋向于一致,从而达到均流的目的,最后在matlab/simulink中搭建了四台三相整流器的仿真模型,仿真结果验证了本方法的可行性和有效性。 Parallel three-phase PWM rectifier module can improve the capacity of the system and reduce the electric stress of the power module,so as to extend the service life of the power module.However,the power module of common DC bus is in parallel due to the different characteristic parameters of each module,which makes the output current difference between modules,which leads to the unbalanced service life among the modules.In order to solve the problem of uneven output current between modules,a conformance algorithm is introduced into the current sharing strategy of three phase rectifier power supply module.Using information communication between each module,the output current tends to be consistent,thus achieving the goal of current sharing.Finally,four three-phase rectifier are built in matlab/simulink.Simulation results and simulation results verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
