摘要
研究玉米芽种的损伤特性对芽种损伤结果的量化、芽种成活率的提高有重要意义。利用CTM2050微机控制万能拉压试验机,对含水率30.2%、42.1%的德美亚1号芽种及对德美亚1号、垦沃3、先锋38P05三种黑龙江常见玉米品种芽种进行了静压破损试验,获得了损伤载荷与芽种成活率关系曲线、含水率和品种对芽种成活率的影响;叙述了芽种隐性机械损伤的内部机理和谷物损伤载荷随变形量的变化规律,并通过查阅文献得到芽种内部应力裂纹扩展力。表明含水率和品种对芽种成活率有影响,芽种损伤沿淀粉颗粒断裂现象多于穿淀粉颗粒断裂。
Study on the damage properties of maize bud was important to quantifying the damage results and increasing the survival rate of maize bud.By using the CTM2050universal tensile testing machine,static pressure damaged experiments were did to Demeiya1bud which moisture content was30.2%and42.1%and three common maize bud.The relationship curves between the damage load and the survival rate of the maize bud and the effects of water content and the survival rate of maize bud were obtained.The internal mechanism of hidden mechanical damage and the variation rule between grain damage load and the bud’s moisture content were described.Stress crack propagation force in mud was obtained by literature.Experiments indicated that moisture content and the varieties had effect on survival rate and the breaking phenomenon of seed damage along starch granule was more than that of starch granule.
