摘要
高年资护士是促进医院发展的宝贵护理人力资源。临床高年资护理人员职业生涯规划管理,已成为当前医院护理人力资源管理的重要组成部分。为促进高年资护理人员职业发展,文章提出了高年资护理人员职业发展规划路径,以帮助高年资护理人员找准职业的定位,明确护理职业奋斗的目标,实现个人职业发展。
Senior nurses are valuable nursing human resource who can promote the development of hospital.The career planning management of clinic senior nurses has become an important part of the current hospital nursing human resource management.In order to promote the career development of the senior nurses,this paper put forward the path of the career development planning of the senior nurses to help them find the right career orientation,define the goal of nursing career struggle,and realize individual career development.
