摘要
目的探讨三级质控目标管理模式在ICU病房管理中的应用效果。方法选取2015年2月至2016年2月ICU患者56例为对照组,选取2016年3月至2017年4月ICU患者56例为观察组,比较两组护理工作合格率、护理综合水平评分及并发症情况。结果观察组病区管理、专科管理、特级护理、基础护理及急救物品合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组护理综合水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);观察组压疮、引流管口感染、尿路感染及呼吸道感染发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论三级质控目标管理模式可有效提高ICU病房管理的护理工作合格率及护理综合水平,降低并发症发生率。
Objective To explore the application effect of three-level quality control objective management in the management of ICU ward.Methods A total of56patients in the ICU from February2015to February2016were enrolled in the control group.Another56patients in the ICU from March2016to April2017were enrolled in the observational group.We compared qualified rate of nursing work,comprehensive nursing score and complication occurrence among patients were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rates of ward management,specialist management,premium and basic nursing care,and first aid items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(p<0.05).The score of comprehensive nursing level in the observation group was higher than that in control group(p<0.05).The incidence rates of pressure ulcer,drainage tube orifice infection,urinary infection and respiratory tract infection in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The three-level quality control objective management mode can effectively improve the qualified rate of nursing work and comprehensive nursing level in the management of ICU ward and reduce the incidence of complications.
