摘要
对科研院所绩效进行评价不仅能促进科研院所自身的发展,而且对于促进国家科技事业的持续健康发展具有重要的意义。文章梳理了国内外公益类科研院所绩效评价发展过程,评述了国内外研究的评价指标和评价方法,总结以及探讨适合农业科研院所绩效评价的指标体系和方法。
The performance evaluation of research institutes not only promotes the development of research institutes themselves,but also plays an important role in promoting the sustainable and healthy development of national science and technology undertakings.The development process of performance evaluation of public research institutes at home and abroad was combed in the paper.Their evaluation indicators and evaluation methods reviewed,and the index system and method suitable for the performance evaluation of the academy of agricultural sciences summarized and discussed.
