摘要
目的通过归纳总结某三甲医院常用抗感染药物溶媒选择和配制后放置时间对其稳定性的影响,为临床抗感染药物的合理使用和静配中心的输液配置提供参考。方法收集某三甲医院抗感染药物说明书,《中国医师药师临床用药指南》《新编药物学》,中国知网抗感染药物稳定性的相关文献,将该院常用抗感染药物溶媒选择和配制后放置时间归纳整理成表。结果从归纳表中可以看出药品稳定性差异大。同一药品溶媒不同稳定性不同,放置时间长稳定性下降,溶媒选择和配制后放置时间共同影响了成品输液的稳定性。结论溶媒选择和配制后放置时间对成品输液稳定性有影响,质量稳定的输液抗菌活性强,一定程度上延缓了耐药菌的产生。溶媒选择和配制后放置时间的有效把控,为静配中心的输液配置和临床抗感染药物的合理使用,提供指导与参考。
Objective To provide a reference for rational use of antiinfective drugs and infusion allocation of intravenous distribution center by summing up the influence of the solvent selection of anti-infective drugs and the putting time after preparation on the stability of anti-infective drugs in a 3A-Grade hospital.Methods The anti-infective drugs'instructions of a 3A-Grade hospital and literature on the stability of anti-infective drugs from guidelines for clinical drug use by Chinese physicians and pharmacists,newly-compiled pharmacology and China knowledge network were collected,the solvent selection of anti-infective drugs and the putting time after preparation in the hospital were summarized and arranged into a table.Results The stability of drugs had a big difference.The same drug with different solvent had a different stability,the stability was declined as putting time,and the stability of the infusion of finished products was affected by the solvent selection and the setting time after preparation.Conclusion The solvent selection and the putting time after preparation has an effect on the stability of the infusion of finished products,the quality and stability of the infusion has a strong anti-infective activity and the production of drug-resistant bacteria will be delayed to a certain extent.The effective control of the putting time after solvent selection and preparation provides guidance and reference for infusion allocation and rational use of clinical anti-infective drugs in static distribution center.
