摘要
目的探讨心外科患者实施人性化护理的效果。方法纳入2017年8月—2018年9月我院心外科接受治疗的74例患者,随机分为对照组37例应用常规护理和观察组37例应用常规护理+人性化护理,观察护理不良事件发生率和护理满意度。结果对照组16.21%的护理不良事件发生率高于观察组的2.70%(P <0.05);对照组78.38%的护理满意度低于观察组的97.30%(P <0.05)。结论心外科患者实施常规护理的基础和前提下联合人性化护理的应用,效果较好,可提高患者的护理满意度,降低护理不良事件发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing in patients undergoing cardiac surgery.Methods 74 patients who received cardiac surgery from August 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(37 cases)with routine nursing plus humanistic nursing.The incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results The incidence of adverse nursing events in 16.21%of the control group was higher than that in 2.70%of the observation group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction rate of 78.38%of the control group was lower than that in 97.30%of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of combined humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing in cardiac surgery patients is effective,which can improve patients'satisfaction with nursing and reduce the incidence of adverse nursing events.
