短时过电流试验设备的校准周期确定

摘要 短时过电流试验设备应用在试验室,不属于强制检定工作目录范畴,不能定期送至国家认证认可机构检定校准。其溯源工作属于试验室内部校准活动,目前尚未有相关的检定规程和校准规范明确规定其校准周期。为明确短时过电流试验设备的校准周期,对试验设备的工作原理、稳定性、可靠性、使用年限、使用频次等进行分析,考虑试验室环境因素、校准人员的专业能力及数量,使用电流探头和数字示波器校准试验设备并作出符合性判定。参考上一次的校准结果,通过运用增量反应调整法计算其校准周期。观察多次校准结果以及计算得出校准周期的趋势,提出短时过电流试验设备的合理校准周期。经实践验证,在保持校准结果溯源性的基础上,该周期可显著提高工作效率,并确保校准结果的准确可靠。 The short-time overcurrent test equipment is used in the laboratory,it is not in the scope of the mandatory verification work directory,and cannot be regularly sent to the national certification and verification institutions for verification or calibration.Its traceability belongs to the internal calibration activities of the laboratory that is no relevant verification regulation and calibration specification to define its period of calibration.In order to clarify the period of calibration of the short-time overcurrent equipment,the working principle,stability,reliability,service life,and frequency of the test equipment are analyzed upon considering the laboratory environmental factors,the professional capability and number of calibration personnel.The current probe and digital oscilloscope are used to calibrate the test equipment and make conformity determination.Referring to the last calibration results,the period of calibration is calculated by incremental response adjustment method.Based on the results of multiple calibrations and the trend of the period of calibration calculated,a reasonable period of calibration for the short-time overcurrent test equipment is proposed.It is verified that the working efficiency can be significantly improved and the accuracy of calibration results can be ensured on the basis of traceability of calibration results.
