摘要
随着日渐复杂的经济发展趋势,我国市场经济也出现了新的发展形态,有色金属产业作为传统产业之一,也发生了翻天覆地的变化。全国两会中也提到了要通过全方位降低有色金属产业成本,从而达到产能高效的目的。本文旨在分析EPC模式下的有色金属工程项目初期设计过程中的造价管理,EPC总承包包含"设计—采购—施工",将其一起打包给设计单位的一种总包模式。其中,造价管理伴随着EPC总承包项目开展的始终,设计阶段更是最核心的环节。因此,本文就有色金属行业设计企业作为总承包单位,分析有色金属项目具有的特点,讨论其在EPC模式下会影响设计阶段工程造价的因素,最后阐述管理措施从而做好造价管理的工作。
With the increasingly complex trend of economic development,China's market economy has also appeared a new form of development,non-ferrous metal industry as one of the traditional industries,has also undergone earthshaking changes.The two sessions also mentioned the need to reduce the cost of non-ferrous metals industry in an all-round way,so as to achieve the goal of high capacity and efficiency.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the cost management in the initial design process of non-ferrous metals project under EPC mode.EPC general contracting includes"designprocurement-construction",which is a general contracting mode packaged together with the design unit.Among them,cost management accompanied by EPC general contracting project has always been carried out,the design phase is the most core link.Therefore,this paper analyzes the characteristics of non-ferrous metal projects,discusses the factors that will affect the design phase project cost under the EPC mode,and finally elaborates the management measures to do a good job in cost management.
