摘要
高职院校是中国高等教育的重要组成部分,以培养技术型人才为主要目标。因此,高职院校多注重实务知识的学习,在教学中强化职业技能的训练,致力于培养高素质、高水平和高质量的应用型人才。而校园文化建设与创新则是高职院校稳定发展的关键。建设适合高职院校人才发展的校园文化体制,既有利于提高高职院校的人才质量,更能够在一定程度上推动教育体制的改革创新,为均衡人才市场与教育机构的供需关系奠定基础。本文就以武汉交通职业学院为例,探究高职院校校园文化的建设与创新。
Higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher education in China,with the main goal of cultivating technical talents.Therefore,higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the study of practical knowledge,strengthen the training of vocational skills in teaching,and are committed to cultivating high-quality and high-level applied talents.The construction and innovation of campus culture is the key to the stable development of higher vocational colleges.Constructing a campus culture system suitable for the development of talents in higher vocational colleges is not only conducive to improving the quality of talents in higher vocational colleges,but also to promoting the reform and innovation of the education system to a certain extent,laying a foundation for balancing the supply and demand relationship between the talent market and educational institutions.This paper takes Wuhan Technical College of Communications as an example to explore the construction and innovation of campus culture in higher vocational colleges.
