摘要
目的探讨分析前质量控制对尿液分析结果准确性的影响。方法将我院2015年9月—2018年2月期间收治的190例受检者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各95例。观察组采用分析前质量控制措施,对照组直接进行常规尿检,比较2组不合格情况和检验满意度。结果观察组受检者标本不合格率为4.2%,明显低于对照组的22.1%(P<0.05);观察组受检者满意度为95.8%,明显优于对照组的74.7%(P<0.05)。结论分析前质量控制有利于减少尿液检验过程中的差错情况,提高分析结果的准确性,增加受检者的满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of pre quality control on the accuracy of urine analysis.Methods 190 patients admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to February 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 95 cases in each group.The observation group was given pre-analysis quality control measures,while the control group was given routine urine test directly.The unqualified condition and test satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The unqualified rate in the observation group was 4.2%,significantly lower than that in the control group 22.1%(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.8%,significantly better than that in the control group 74.7%(P<0.05).Conclusions The quality control before urine analysis is helpful to reduce errors in the process of inspection,improve the accuracy of the analysis results,and increase the satisfaction of the examinees.
